Who runs tickets-naples.com

The footer on every page names Headout Inc., with a New York address, and links to Headout’s company details, privacy policy, terms and cancellation policy. The attraction pages are signed “Crafted by Headout”, and images and assets are served from headout.com. Headout was founded in 2014 by Varun Khona and Parag Jain and sells experiences in many cities worldwide: read our Headout review.

In practice, tickets-naples.com is a shop with a local-sounding name: when you buy, your contract is with Headout, which takes the payment, issues the ticket and handles customer service. It is not an editorial site or a price comparison tool, and it is not an official channel.

What it sells and at what price

The homepage offers a few dozen products in and around Naples, priced in euros. Here are the main ones, set against the official prices:

• MANN: from €20, the same as the official channel.
• Capodimonte: €15, the museum’s full price.
• Alibus and the sightseeing bus: €5 and €27, the same as the official fares.
• Pompeii: entry from €26.90, against €20 (ancient city only) or €25 (with the suburban villas) through the Park. The skip-the-line guided tour starts at €40.
• Sansevero Chapel: entry from €12, which matches the official list price and is below the €15 you pay on the museum’s online shop (check which ticket type you are buying); guided tour from €15.
• Napoli Sotterranea + Sansevero combo: €31.82 (list price €33.50). Bought online through the official channels, the two full-price tickets cost €33 in total (€18 + €15, i.e. Sansevero’s €12 list price plus booking costs), so the combo is slightly cheaper.

The words “official” and “discount”: how to read them

The site does not claim to be official, but some products use the word in their names, for example a Herculaneum ticket “with official audio guide”. Its FAQ promises “major discounted rates”, and many prices appear next to a struck-through list price. The right comparison is not with the struck-through price but with the official box office: among the products we compared, tickets-naples.com prices are the same or higher, never lower.

Cancellations and refunds with Headout

The rules vary by experience: some can be cancelled free up to 24, 48 or 72 hours before, others are non-refundable. For Napoli Sotterranea (skip-the-line with a guide, about an hour to an hour and a half, in Italian or English) the page offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before and “book now, pay later”. That is a real advantage: the association’s official online ticket is non-refundable.

Do read Headout’s general terms, though. A refund starts only once Headout has received the money from the supplier, and is then issued within 7 days to your original payment method. If that method is no longer available, you get Headout Credits, which cannot be transferred or cashed out. If you used a promo code, the discount is deducted from the refund.

Reviews and customer service

We found no separate Trustpilot profile for tickets-naples.com: the ratings shown on the site are Headout’s. Headout scores 4.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot from more than 63,000 reviews and replies to 99% of negative ones. Happy customers mention good guides and smooth entry; unhappy ones mention refund handling, unclear confirmation requirements and queues despite skip-the-line tickets. Customer service is Headout’s, by email, advertised as available 24/7.
