Terms of use
These terms govern your use of tickets.na.it, a free, independent guide to tickets, museums and tours in Naples. The site sells nothing: it offers information and links to official websites and to two booking partners, Tiqets and GetYourGuide. By browsing these pages you accept the terms below; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What tickets.na.it offers
tickets.na.it is an independent editorial guide. It is not the official site of any museum, archaeological site, operator or public body, and it does not issue tickets, run visits or take payments. There is no registration and there are no personal accounts. The content is for information only and does not replace official notices from museums and operators.
Prices, hours and availability
Prices, opening hours, closing days, reductions and availability are given as official sources and partners showed them when a page was written or last updated. They can change at any time and we do not guarantee them. The binding price is the one the seller shows at checkout; entry rules are those set by whoever runs the site.
Partner links and bookings
Some links lead to Tiqets and GetYourGuide through a redirect page on our own domain. When you book, the contract is between you and the partner or the operator providing the service: their terms of sale and privacy policy govern payment, cancellation, changes, refunds and customer support. We are an independent guide: if you book through the Tiqets or GetYourGuide links on this page we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.
We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or the services they sell.
Content and intellectual property
The site’s text, structure and design belong to tickets.na.it. You may read, print and share links to them for personal use; extensive reproduction requires our consent. The photographs belong to third parties and remain subject to their Creative Commons licences, listed on the photo credits page. Names and trademarks of museums, operators and platforms belong to their owners and are mentioned for information only.
Limitation of liability
We take care over our content, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, accurate and current. To the extent permitted by law, tickets.na.it is not liable for loss arising from the use of published information, from travel decisions based on it, from failures by partners, operators or museums, or from temporary interruptions to the site. This does not affect liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights the law grants to consumers.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence, including the competent court under consumer law. If I book through one of your links, who is my contract with?
With the platform or operator that takes your payment, not with tickets.na.it. Price, cancellation, changes and refunds depend on their terms of sale, which you see before you confirm the purchase.
What if an opening time on the site is wrong?
We do our best to keep pages up to date, but museums and sites change hours and rules, sometimes without notice. Before you set off, check the official site listed at the foot of the page, and if you find a mistake, let us know.
Can I quote or reuse your text?
You can quote short passages as long as you credit tickets.na.it with a link to the page. Reproducing whole texts or most of a page needs our written consent.
Can I reuse the photos on the site?
The photos are not ours: they come from Wikimedia Commons under free licences. You can reuse them by following each one’s licence, listed with the author and original file on our photo credits page.
Do I need to sign up or pay to use the site?
No. tickets.na.it is free and has no accounts. You only pay when you decide to book, and you pay the partner or the official site, not us.
