Data we process
Browsing: technical logs (IP, user-agent, pages) for security and diagnostics. Email: address and message content if you contact us. Affiliate: campaign parameters in /go/ links without local user profiles.
Purposes and bases
We run the site, improve content, answer email and measure aggregate traffic. Bases: legitimate interest in operating the service and, for email, handling your request.
Retention and third parties
We keep emails as long as needed to handle the matter. Hosting, CDN and analytics tools may process data as processors. Booking partners are independent controllers of their platforms.

Do you collect payment data?
No. Payments happen on partner sites. We do not store cards or bank details.
What happens when I click a Tiqets or GetYourGuide link?
You leave our domain. The partner applies its own privacy policy and may use cookies or affiliate tracking parameters.
Do you use advertising profiling cookies?
We may use basic analytics to understand traffic and useful pages. We avoid aggressive profiling not needed to run the site.
How do I exercise my rights?
Email hi@tickets.na.it with your request (access, rectification, erasure). We reply within a reasonable time.
