Privacy notice
tickets.na.it is a static website: it has no accounts, sign-up forms, newsletters or analytics tools. It handles very little personal data, all listed here: the server’s technical logs, the Tiqets and GetYourGuide widgets and links, and any email you send us. You will also find how to exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Who the data controller is
The data controller is the operator of the tickets.na.it website, reachable about any personal-data matter at hi@tickets.na.it. Given the limited processing, no data protection officer has been appointed.
Server logs and hosting
Like every website, tickets.na.it is hosted by a provider that automatically records some technical information with each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system. This is needed to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for the short period set by the provider, and we do not use them to identify visitors.
Tiqets and GetYourGuide widgets and links
Many pages include a Tiqets or GetYourGuide booking box, whose code loads from the partners’ servers only when you scroll to it: from that moment the partner receives your IP address and technical browser data and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. Our booking buttons pass through a redirect page on our own domain, which adds parameters to the address identifying tickets.na.it as the referring partner; the redirect stores nothing about you beyond the normal server logs.
On the partner’s site, the details you enter to book are handled by Tiqets or GetYourGuide as independent controllers, under their own privacy policies. We are an independent guide: if you book through the Tiqets or GetYourGuide links on this page we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.
Emails you send us
If you write to hi@tickets.na.it we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, solely to reply and, if you report an error, to check it. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with the matter and then delete it. We never use your address for newsletters or pass it on; our email provider processes it on our behalf.
Transfers, security and children
If a technical provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must rest on GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. The site uses HTTPS. It is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). Email hi@tickets.na.it: we reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. FAQ
Do you use Google Analytics or other statistics tools?
No. The site loads no analytics tools and no advertising pixels. The only visit data are the hosting provider’s technical logs.
Does the site put cookies on my device?
Our pages set no cookies of their own. The Tiqets and GetYourGuide widgets may do so, and they only load when you reach the booking box, as may the partners’ sites when you follow one of their links. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings.
Do you collect payment details?
No. We sell nothing and never see card numbers or order details: you enter them directly on the Tiqets or GetYourGuide site.
How do I ask you to delete an email I sent?
Email hi@tickets.na.it from the same address: we will delete your message and our replies unless the law requires us to keep them.
Who can I turn to if I am not happy with your answer?
You can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian supervisory authority, or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.
