About us
tickets.na.it is an independent guide for people who want to see Naples without wasting time on queues, confusing websites and the wrong tickets. For every place we set out what you actually need to know: what the official ticket costs, when it is open, how to get there, and whether to book on the museum’s own site or through a platform such as Tiqets or GetYourGuide.

What you will find on tickets.na.it
Pages on the museums, churches and underground sites of Naples, guides to planning your days, pages on trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri and the Amalfi Coast, and reviews of the businesses that run or sell visits: official sites, transport, tour companies and the big booking platforms. They are all gathered on our operators and platforms page.
Each page tries to answer the practical questions: full and reduced prices, closing day and last entry, how the visit works, how to get there by metro or on foot, and whether a platform ticket costs more, or gives you more, than the official channel.
What we are not
We are not a travel agency or a reseller. We do not issue tickets, handle bookings, changes or refunds, or ask you to create an account. For a booking you have already made, contact whoever sold it to you: Tiqets, GetYourGuide or the official site of the place you are visiting.
How we are funded
The site is funded by booking links to Tiqets and GetYourGuide. These links pass through a redirect page on our own domain, are flagged to search engines as commercial links, and let the partner see that you came from us. We are an independent guide: if you book through the Tiqets or GetYourGuide links on this page we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.
That does not change our verdicts: when the official site is cheaper or has better terms, we tell you.
How we write and check
We start from primary sources: museum and operator websites, the platforms’ terms of sale, and official notices on hours and closures. If a fact cannot be confirmed, we leave it out or ask you to check it on the official site. Our photos come from Wikimedia Commons and are credited one by one on the photo credits page.
For corrections, sudden closures or changed prices, everything you need is on the contact page.
Languages and updates
We write every page in Italian first and then in English; pages on places and activities are also available in Spanish, French, German and Chinese. We update our text when prices, hours or sales rules change, and whenever a reader tells us something: every useful correction makes the guide better for the next visitor.

Are you the official site of a museum or attraction in Naples?
No. We do not represent any museum, archaeological site, operator or public body. When we write about a place, we list its official sources at the foot of the page so you can check prices and hours yourself.
Can I buy a ticket from you?
No. We do not sell tickets or take payments. Our booking buttons take you to Tiqets or GetYourGuide, where you buy from them and on their terms.
Does anyone pay to appear on your pages?
No. No museum, operator or platform pays for a review or a kinder verdict. We also review companies we have no relationship with, such as Headout, Viator and Civitatis, and we say so plainly.
Are the prices you publish guaranteed?
No. They are the prices shown by official sources and partners when we wrote or last updated the page, and they can change. The price you see at checkout is the one that counts.
How do I report a mistake?
Email hi@tickets.na.it with the page and what looks wrong, ideally with a link to the official source. We check every report and correct anything we can verify.
